Terms of Service

By accessing or using InsiderRN (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. InsiderRN reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting.

InsiderRN is an educational platform providing career guidance, study materials, and professional development content for nursing professionals. Access to content is provided on a subscription basis across multiple membership tiers (InsiderRN, InsiderRN Plus, InsiderRN Pro).

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. InsiderRN reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content available through InsiderRN, including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, and curriculum materials, is the exclusive property of InsiderRN or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without express written permission.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize InsiderRN to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan. All fees are in USD. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Gift purchases are a one-time charge.

You agree not to: share account credentials with others; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; scrape, copy, or redistribute content; or impersonate any person or entity. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

InsiderRN content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional nursing advice. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. InsiderRN does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsiderRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if InsiderRN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
