Refund Policy

InsiderRN offers digital educational content that is made immediately accessible upon purchase. Because of this immediate access, all purchases — including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and gift purchases — are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all membership tiers: InsiderRN, InsiderRN Plus, and InsiderRN Pro.

You are required to check a box at checkout explicitly acknowledging that all purchases are non-refundable before your payment is processed. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid period.

Gift purchases are a one-time charge and are also non-refundable. If a gift recipient has not yet redeemed their access, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.

In very limited circumstances (such as duplicate accidental charges or documented technical errors that prevented access), InsiderRN may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or refund. Such exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. To request consideration for an exception, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
