She’s hired hundreds of nurses. She has watched nurses struggle for no reason. InsiderRN was created to ensure nurses thrive and have the career they want.

Maddie brings the new graduate perspective that makes InsiderRN real. She knows the fear, the uncertainty, and the joy of transitioning from nursing student to practicing nurse. She is still living it alongside the InsiderRN community every day.
